IAE Review is a peer-reviewed periodical of the International Association of Experts dedicated to theoretical and applied issues of professional verification, forensic expertise, arbitration standards, and the academic assessment of achievements.
For new manuscripts, IAE Review uses Double-Anonymous Peer Review by at least two independent subject-matter specialists. The editorial team may engage both reviewers who regularly collaborate with the journal and invited external experts with specific expertise relevant to the manuscript. Before appointing a reviewer, the journal considers subject-matter competence, independence, and potential conflicts of interest.
IAE Review follows a continuous publication model: once peer review, manuscript acceptance, and editorial preparation are complete, the article is published without waiting for a separate issue to be assembled. The journal is published electronically and provides a permanent public page for each article.
For authors who are IAE members, a publication may be linked to their verified profile in the IAE Registry. For all authors, the article page includes bibliographic information and professional affiliation, with ORCID provided when available.

Editorial decisions are made by the editorial team led by the Editor-in-Chief. The current editorial policy of IAE Review provides for Double-Anonymous Peer Review by at least two independent subject-matter reviewers. Both regular IAE Review reviewers and invited external specialists may be engaged for evaluation. Membership on the Editorial Board is not a prerequisite for appointment as a reviewer. The Editorial Board is expanding: specialists with doctoral degrees and documented international recognition are invited, and their names are published after appointment and with their consent.

IAE Review accepts original research, analytical reviews, and discussion papers in professional verification, forensic expertise, and academic assessment. Manuscripts may be submitted by both IAE members and external authors; publication decisions depend on the content of the work, peer-review results, and editorial assessment. IAE membership or non-membership does not affect the editorial decision.

Prepare Your Manuscript
Length: 4,000–12,000 words. Format: DOCX or LaTeX. Language: English (for peer review); a Russian translation may also be provided. Abstract: up to 250 words. Keywords: 5–8.

Send to the Editorial Office
Send the file to info@iaexperts.com with the subject line “Submission — IAE Review.” Include the author’s name, affiliation, contact email, ORCID (if available), and preferred section. IAE members may also provide their Member ID.

Double-Anonymous Peer Review
Manuscripts submitted to IAE Review under the current editorial policy undergo Double-Anonymous Peer Review by at least two independent subject-matter reviewers. The author and reviewers do not receive identifying information about one another during the review process. The editorial team may appoint both regular journal reviewers and invited external specialists; competence and potential conflicts of interest are considered before appointment. The target for the first decision is 30 days; revisions may extend this period.

Publication and DOI
Following a positive decision, the article is published under the Continuous Publication model once editorial preparation is complete, without waiting for an issue to be assembled. A DOI is registered through Crossref for the published article; bibliographic information and author identifiers are included in the publication metadata. For authors who are IAE members, the publication may also be linked to their public IAE profile.
